I was in a certain mood today! I wanted to hear some heads roll when I cranked up the volume! I can't think of any other artist to blow the house down other than Devin Townsend!. In a world full of guitarist that become famous for bland guitar riffs! Devin becomes his guitar as he kills this audience with this mean and in charge metal guitar!

Devin's fans are die hard followers of his music and live performances! Something about his world seems to pull you in but like a horror movie staring at the screen awaiting every moment of what's next! Devin is in a universe all his own! We are all orbiting around his gravity!

Devin is legend of the underground where music matters most and nobody can convince me otherwise! His I.Q must 400! He's been doing this music thing his own way for what seems like forever! If your looking for a new artist to follow and become a fan of look no farther than Devin Townsend!

The Devin Townsend Project is what any musician should aspire to be one day! The live show takes on a life of it's own as the drums and guitar place you in a rageaholic trance as you bang your head to the beat! I can't think of anyone that Devin sounds like he's in a league of his own!

It don't get any prettier than this live performance! Yeah Devin played with Steve Vai, was lead singer of extreme band Strapping Young Lads. Become a successful producer and solo artist. Honestly I really don't care about all of that Devin hit's a smooth ten on the killing it meter running a clinic onstage on how to rock!

Frankfurt, Germany's Daturah! Instrumental transcendence!

Frankfurt, Germany (2003 – present) Daturah was formed in December 2003 in the city of Frankfurt, Germany. The quintet plays mostly instrumental post-rock songs. Songs range in length but it's part of what's refreshing about their sound and concept. They don't conform and deliver music that can put most anyone into a deep reflective trance! I would love to listen to them on long drive but fear I would drive off the road but never the less this group is simply amazing!

Daturah self-financed their debut album in May 2005. American Indie-label Graveface Records signed the band. In the next year the band played nearly a hundred shows wowing audiences wherever they played.

Their second album was released to a high expectations. Daturah released the highly anticipated album reverie which was released in 2008 on Graveface Records and Golden Antenna Records. I love to mediate and listen to music that's out of the box and I'm definitely a big fan of their sound! Beyond the long songs and the trance it can put you in.

The band's dynamics are among the best I've ever heard.
