Age ain't nothing but a number. And the rock band Serene knows this. Serene is a New York-based band fronted by its 14-year-old namesake, Serene. With her are Ryan Closs, (guitars), Maty Brady,(bass), Dan Kleffmann (drums), and Sam Mortellaro (keyboard).
Serene's sound is as eclectic as it gets. Their teen vocalist provides a bravado only seen in experienced artists but she's a revelation, creating standing ovations and causing enthusiastic mayhem, and rightfully so.
Serene is no ordinary teenager with her own band, she writes its music and lyrics, collaborating with Feral Music.
