Stagenewz covers music and dives into the past, present and future of the vast subject of music. We also cover our members and what's happening with their music via showcasing them on our front page, reviewing their videos and music. It's nice to sit back and listen to the greats play and to learn about them so I picked Led Zeppelin for a moment to learn more about the legendary band!
It's a treat if your aspiring to do music for a living to learn about the greats beyond what you already know. To learn how they got their start, why they did what they did is priceless and can factor into your future success!
Who you know in life and in music is a big part of 75% or more of those who've made it music. I know it sucks to say that but if you want to be great, work hard, and impress the modern day music industry who you know if vital before any of that matters.
If you need a long shot, a path least taken learn from the greats. A powerful band in the long run will make it! If you great nothing can stop the magic and the growth your band will witness by being great! The crowd, the momentum, the energy will grow over time into a frenzy and your rock and roll dreams will be realized.
Any artist worth anything has studied Led Zeppelin. They wrote a long list of great albums not just hits, albums! Unlike many bands that live by singles they wrote epic albums that still define music and greatness today.
Kinda cool that members of the band has experiences as session players and note that was a big advantage to forming the iconic band. To be behind the scenes, to see producers, record executives, bands on a day to day basis and to witness first hand the B.S behind the scenes would definitely be an advantage on many levels.
Not only would you be wiser than most but you would make a ton of connections and the list of projects you've done would be second to none.
We are always looking out for you here at theneverendingstage! So your great, have you thought about being a session player to progress your career in the music business?
Below is a sample of what it might be like to be a session player! Note things like Visa's, traveling where it's all happening i.e Nashville, New York, L/A etc may be required! The pay can be incredible and can vary greatly on the projects your a part of. I've heard stories of session players making $500 a day while some at the top may make way more than that! Good luck all and dream big and pursue everything in your heart that you feel is a must! Enjoy the video and good luck!
